General Meeting:  February 12, 2007                Apple Annie’s In Cashmere 5:00 pm doors open

Game Feed Location: Again, note the location of the game feed is Apple Annie’s in Cashmere and the feed is coming along nicely.  Gene Robard (game feed chairman) has his committee members and other working hands collecting donations and related work in hopes of making this the best feed ever.  Ron Bruno and Tom Obergon have put together another menu and as usual will be second to none.  The health department requires the menu be submitted to them for approval.

Lots of volunteer help is needed with the game feed so contact Gene Robard at 662-6277 if you can help.

Directions to Apple Annie’s:  It is located on the right at the first stop light as you come into Cashmere from the east.  The “Conservatory” is located on the east end of the building.  You can drive through the parking lot around to the back by staying to the left side of the building, or you can take Eel Road around to the back.

Menu:  Cajun Gumbo (elk) stewed with steamed rice, Skewed Cougar chunks with peanut dipping sauce, Beer Soaked Bear steaks with carmelized onion, Elk Taco salad, Wild Turkey filled egg rolls, Smoked and Roasted Elk Hind Quarters, Grilled Venison cutlets with caper sauce and Moose sauté with green onions.

Banquet/Tickets:  Tickets are available at One Shot, Hooked On Toys and Valley Feed.  Ron Bruno (884-9369) and Gordy Goodwin (663-3620) have tickets also.  Ron usually pulls these tickets around Feb. 1 to tally ticket sales.  So if you haven’t picked yours up yet get it done asap.
